"- Med packs and chems have been reduced by about 30%."
This should be the change that is the easiest to spot since 30% of first aid containers no longer have loot. In vanilla you find loot in pretty much every one of these. (there are some exceptions)
Would it be possible to make all ammo even more rare, with only scant amounts being found on enemies and almost never loose loot laying around. ("Hey we are space pirates looting everything in sight. Lets just leave all the ammo and weapons where it is.") Seems like things would be much more interesting if planning was required before landing at some random outpost, having to make sure you have enough mission and the challenge that follows if you do not. Guns and ammos are too common in game imo, not sure if it is possible to remove them as loot entirely outside of enemies (Even harder I think would be to make the enemy weapons break. Seriously though its weird to me that there are more guns in space than spacesuits in space)
Yeah I know, wish they would come sooner. Also how do you go about viewing the leveled list stuff to get the info in here? Been tweaking values a bit and trying to find the info for the MI type ammunition, which does not seem to be affected.
Big fan of your work but question how did you find the script command to add to the leveled lists? And what exactly is for example the f 1 300 I know f is the misc id and the 300 is the count but what is the 1 in between? And have you found a way to remove or do the opposite? Possible to remove something or set it to zero? Sorry for all the questions I have been trying to figure this out myself
"Credit rewards are no longer strongly tied to player level"
Me: "Wait, WHAT!? W-WHY!? WHY IS THIS A THING?! WHY WOULD IT BE TIED TO OUR LEVEL!? IF I FIND CREDIT ON THE GROUND, THE AMOUNT SHOULD BE THE FULL AMOUNT! WHY?! THAT'S THE DUMBEST THING I EVER HEARD! YOU MEAN IF I PICKED UP 500 CREDITS, I COULD'VE PICKED UP 1000 TO 5000 CREDITS!? AND THE ONLY REASON I COULDN'T BECAUSE "I WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH!?" f*#@ YOU GAME!"
The scaling isn't as drastic as you suggested but yes, that's how Bethesda has been doing these kinds of things for quite a while now. I intend to remove pretty much all level scaling from loot in the future.

My modlists:
Odyssey - A True RPG (Starfield)
Constellations - A True RPG (Skyrim SE)
Path of the Prophet (Enderal SE)
I still find TONS of grenades and meds. Maybe it's just more subtle than I thought it would be?
