you can applied it to sarah yourself, just create your character like this, after that, open console, click on sarah and type CAPP 14 and voila, sarah will look just like this, down side you need to edit your character back again so your choice.
I think Sarah is in her 40's, heh. She's got like 3 Phd's and retired from an 8 year post in the military. Personally I cannot stand being in the same room with her, all she does is complain about her time in the UC or b&@*$ about how much stuff I'm carrying.
Her face is a bit flat. I'm pretty experienced in character creation -- I think you might want to push her nose outward a little bit and push her eyes deeper just a little bit. I think you'll like it if you do those things.
