Sorry if this is a silly question (or already asked before), but if I use MO2 to install do I still need to update the StarfieldCustom.ini? I may have forgotten to do this for some other mods and I want to get this one right, everything looks so beautiful. Thank you in advance!

For MO2 - Download and install the Starfield HD Overhaul.esm and then download all (count now at 15) of the part files. The key is when you install a new part file - you select "Merge" not "Replace" and it will auto-update any new part files that get added.
Your work cannot be valued highly enough and I hope Bethesda approaches you in some way. Holy moly the starfield HD textures have gotten even better. Playing a new character after taking a break for a bit and everything is crisp and gorgeous. Thank you!

Now, "Starfield HD Overhaul part 03" will not download. It stalls at 55%. I have use every method I know of (Resume, Cancel then Reload, Shutdown Vortex then Restart...) and I cannot get the file beyond 55%, it ALWAYS stalls at 55%.
I did figure it out however. Go into the "Settings" - "Download" - "Download Threads" - Turn it up to "10". When you are done downloading the file, turn it back down to "1". Worked like a charm! (For others having this issue).
I just want to say again, you are amazing. You always offer a helping hand, and make incredible mods. Thank you so very much, my friend!
Hey to get the mod loaded via plugins, do I just need to enter the one value/esm file of *Starfield HD.esm or do I need to rename it 15-16 times to match each file and have that many loaded one for each part?

No, planets were untouched by me. I don't think you can force full res. That's why every texture has mipmaps. Otherwise it would stutter like hell but you can play with the fMipBiasOffset. Standard is -0.5. - 0.62 (In Game - High/Balanced) - 0.75 (In Game - Ultra/Quality) -0.85 (better as Ultra)
got to say your overhaul mods are the best from fallout 3 to starfield, you do good work, do you accept any donations or something, you do alot of good work and i would love to support you.
Ahhh didn't know that......however I think your Modified Starfield.ini for Starfield HD Overhaul file is corrupted all it shows me when I dl it and look at it is a bunch of symbols.
