Yeah they are. You can actually find these codes yourself if you wish using the console. As an example a gun that's missing from this 'mod' is the old earth pistol (a colt 1911, called the m1919 in the game files for some reason). enter the following in the console: help m1919 4 weap It'll print a lot of stuff but let me first explain each part of the command:
help is the command that you are searching for something
the 'm1919' refers to the name of the object, if the name has a space in it you can wrap it in quotation marks, "like so" to not cause errors
we need to add the number 4. if we don't the last entry won't work and it could throw an error.
the last entry is a filter. weap = weapons/grenades, armo = armor/clothing, ammo = ammunition, alch = consumables like food or healing items.
Now the console will have printed: help m1919 4 weap ----VIEWER STRINGS NOT AVAILABLE------- ----OTHER FORMS-------------- WEAP: Crew_Elite_M1919 (001F9583) 'Old Earth Pistol ELITE CREW ONLY' WEAP: m1919 (0026D96C) 'Old Earth Pistol' usage: Help <match string> <filter> <form type> filters: 0-all, 1-functions, 2-settings, 3-globals, 4-other forms form type is 4 characters and is ignored unless the filter is 4. You can ignore the Crew_Elite_M1919 entry; it doesn't give you anything if you try to add it to your inventory. Now using the same command as was in the text file you can add the m1919 to your inventory. player.additem 0026d96c Now chances are you won't have any ammo for this gun. so lets get some of God's Caliber to go with it. help 45 4 ammo You are looking for the '.45 Caliber ACP' when you find that ID, use;player.additem <id here> 100 The number at the end is optional, if you don't include it it'll just give you 1 of them. but otherwise it tells the command how many to give you. 100 rounds in this case.
a thing to note to make it easier, you can ignore any and all 0's at the start of item numbers. Instead of player.additem 0026d96c you can just type player.additem 26d96c
"No, do not. Friggin' text files are not mods, but cluttering the Nexus." This is what happens every time a new mainline Bethesda title is released here. Once the Creation Kit is released in 4-6 months most likely the site will become flooded with real mods and drown out the batch files.
Judging from the comments I have to assume this is not intended to give Legendaries. That's fine, but maybe change the screen shot? Cuz that screenshot with Keelhauler had me expecting to get the unique weapons from this and now my feelings are hurt.

will this add the unmitigated violence and the eternity's gate? i cant seem to find the spawn code for those guns and i dont really wanna do the whole story again just to get them
