I got it to work and know what I did wrong - (Pin this message!).
I use Vortex mod installer and have SFSE installed with Vortex. This way it should run SFSE automaticly.
Make sure you go to your actual game install folder (NOT MY DATA FOLDER)!
Jedi's Script Hook mod Download the Jedi's Script Hook mod: Here Follow the instructions as to where it tells you to put the Hook Script files in your "Game install" folder. Just drag/copy, paste whatever. The mod already has a script folder so you dont need to make a script folder. Keep in mind, one of these files is a .exe file (StarfieldScriptHookLauncher.exe).

Classic NPC Loot System Dowload the Classic NPC Loot System mod: Here Put the file that is in the Classic NPC Loot System mod (ClassicNPCLootSystem.dll) in the script folder that you just created by putting all of the script folder that was in the Hook Script files.
Running the game Run the game. Afteryou run the game, run the StarfieldScriptHookLauncher.exe (A command prompt will pop-up and say deployment was a succes). For convenience I made a shortcut on my desktop to launch the StarfieldScriptHookLauncher.exe. (right click StarfieldScriptHookLauncher.exe and create shortcut and drag or copy/paste to your desktop) so dont need to go into your files and launch it from there.
I got mulltiple mods running in the game (+20!).
Kudo's to (all) the mod maker(s out there), you make games awsome! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
This is the one armour stripping mod that actually does it the way I want. No dumb magical animation lighting up the body for a second when it is stripped. You don't have to strip the body as a separate function before being able to loot regularly. No, just simply if I take the helmet, the helmet disappears, and then if I take the spacesuit, it also disappears. The only logical and immersive approach, and yet it's the one armour stripping mod that has been abandoned and no longer works. Such a shame. This is the BEST implementation, but it is completely abandoned. At least share the source so someone can pick up the mantle?
Any update to this in the works? The script hook you created no longer works post patch and crashes every time, can you make this file an .esm or update your other files please my friend? These mods were my absolute favorite for immersion. any plans for some updates?
I personally have not tried this mod yet >>>>> https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/5924......But it may be an alternative to CNLS....? And I'm pretty sure a Script Hook is not needed, with the Stripping Armor mod.
Between reports that the script hook version (aka the only existing version) is working sporadically rather than consistently, and the fact that the new Starfield update broke Script Hook altogether (crashes the game when you launch it), either this needs to be made into an ESM or a pex script, or Script Hook needs to be updated.

Good Luck!
You may as well unlist it from Nexus at this point.
RIP loot...
Does the same thing, is updated, and doesn't use hooks (uses the three core mods: Address Library, Plugins.txt Enabler, SFSE).
