Really easy.

drop file wherever your starfield is installed, not your Documents folder.
You want it in the install directory.

easy way to find it is if you have a shortcut to Starfield on your desktop,
right click and open file location. Drop the text file in there.

SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starfield

Open Game. Save Game as achievents might be disabled by using console
unless you have other mods to enable them.

Open console with ~
and type "Bat Basebuilder"
