Well, My ship habs is not repeated, we've got 10 habs in total, with each different interiors and different size plus 3 brands habs : Deimos, Nova Galactic, and hope tech. And of course you can replace it if you want, but if you want to replace it I recommend do not replace all Deimos habs at the very top because the structure at the top is very suitable for Deimos brands.
