It's not too bad so no worries. You install reshade first, which can be found own it's own website. You can do 2 things then. A. Point the installer towards this preset and install that. Or B. Skip that step and install all the reshade options so you'll have them for any preset you get. If you follow option b. You can just put your downloaded presets in any folder you make (i made a folder called reshade presets in my starfield directoy). When you launch the game with reshade installed, just click the home button on your keyboard and either go through the tutorial or skip it. You can point to the folder with your presets in the overlay and pick whichever reshade pre set you want from your folder.
Going to youtube and having something to follow visually is probably easier though than this wall of text.
Sorry, this is the first release I've ever done and don't know how to set it up with vortex. It is just an easy drag and drop into where ever you keep your reshade presets though. If you end up not liking it you can delete it safely.
