Not with these files: I'm using not only the base torso, legs and sleeve slots, but also several attachments (arm patch 1, 2, body addon, etc...) By default, mark I do not have these slots to be replaced.
If you'd like to replace mark I because default has stats too low, and you dont mind using console, try this:
drop your armor, you'll see some sort of steel suitcase. click on it, untill you read "ARMO: FFxxxxxx" where xxxxxx is a random hexadecimal number.
then digit FFxxxxxx.amod
and one of the following.

First of all I love your mashup / replacers, and all the work you've put into it. Big kudos! Some of the very best I've seen so far. Now I'm having a strange issue with a black stretched out texture or mesh coming from the ankle or hip area of my character when I'm wearing the armour.
I've tried reinstalling the mod several times aswell as trying your latest shocktrooper variant, but to no avail. Other than that it works flawlessly. However that nagging stretched texture really eludes me and prevents me from using your fine amour.
I've googled extensively and found no answers or people with similar issues.
I'll upload some screenshots for reference on the small offchance some kind fellow space enjoyer can identify the issue.
hi, nope, not yet. This mod was made before having the tool to manage weight slider and morphs, so changing weight might give weird effects. Blender plugin with morph support has been made like one week ago, and I have to understand how it works.
we really need a retexture for the neon guards to make this look better with other retextures. I like the armor but I personally am not a big fan of all-black or colors that look way too dark.
you're a genius for managing this! and i hate to ask because you might be busy but, is there any chance you could mix the USSEC vest. cydonia/shocktrooper arms and legs. and perhaps the pirate sniper helmet? i feel like we're really close to getting a titanfall holo pilot/Kane. of course if it's not possible then please disregard my post :)
Actually the first test was with cydonya armor, and it fits quite well. but I'm a fan of exoskeleton since stalker ehehe. il put V2 tonight, with shocktrooper armor ;)

-EDIT actually, I'm perplex: this mashup was done with no tools, so it can't be a bad saved file on my side. i'll look further into it.
