I added the lines to the StarfieldCustom.ini and put the files here into \Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data however it did not at all resemble the images. I don't have any other cloud textures but it looked pretty bad through this method I tried.
Not sure what deleted comments said but to me the screenshots look oversharpened and sort of "fibrous" & grainy? Not really how clouds look like when I look outside. Like, look at the third to last screenshot for example. Looks really weird to me.
Well, the screenshots are kind of there to show off what the mod looks like and I agree with psycoredelic, that is not how clouds are supposed to look. Perhaps the mod author should consider new screenshots if the end result is supposed to look different.
ALL mods that contain a meshes or textures folder get installed in the data folder in your documents folder unless you have the mod that disables the data document folder or are using the updated version of Vortex which, to my understanding, fixes the same problem.
(just make the equal sign (=) bold and the code is correct. Copy Pasta this inside the StarfieldCustom.ini (bold equal sign will return to normal automatically)

Someone in the comments suggested the ini changes to the modder.
So far I haven't seen anything weird in my game. They look better than vanilla.

Sent few more pics again. :)))
