Hello, thank a lot for this mod ! I think that the very goog Scanner Modification Addon, do not allows to open the doors when the scanner is activate (while the game allow as a standard function). Am I right ? Is it possible to correct this if it's thue ? Thanks !
Does this mod need to go in the install directory rather than the My Documents directory? All my other loose file mods are in My Documents, and my understanding is the game will only load loose files from one or the other, not both (except for SFSE mods).
FYI, you can extract this to your "My Documents/Games/Starfield" folder and it will still work on Steam version, that way you don't have to clutter up your main Steam install folder with mods.

Somebody posted this on here last week. I haven't verified it though.
I Symlink the Steam Data folder to Document Data folder. So I now only have 1 Data folder that the game thinks existing from both places. This works so well for me.
Work on compatibility with: BetterHUD - Enhanced Player Healthbar and Boostbar (every version) Scanner Encumbrance Display With Time BetterHUD - Enhanced Player Healthbar and Boostbar Patch - Scanner Encumbrance Display With Time Patch Faction Plus Icons
Added some optional files that patch in more scanner info (time, encumbrance and XP). It won't be compatible with any mods that visually overhaul the scanner though. It's also kind of gimped on some resolutions.
I did implement a lot of my favorite tweaks to the scanner HUD that I've seen in other mods and I quite like it! Took me a really, really long time to figure out a solution.
some of the swfs in this mod and the scanner add-on are based on older versions of the original interface files. I really recommend updating your mods to the newest versions of them, as it will most probably cause issues in the future, if it hasn't already. I started getting a bunch of errors in the sfse logs, and I'm currently narrowing it down to older versions of swf's from a bunch of mods not having updated.
Any chance you could make a scanner version without the dissapearing white circle ? so only a vanilla scanner with the added weight and time faetures, maybe xp too, i dont need those necessarily, cool to have, but the weight and time should have been in vanilla...i dont like the dissapearing scanner unfortunately
Not sure if this is a vanilla bug or something, but oftentimes enemies that should be on my compass aren't showing on it. Full on DANGER on the stealth meter, but no enemies showing. Using regular CACH with scanner addon. EDIT: Also using StarUI Hud.
Either it’s a vanilla bug or intended then. The NEC versions of this mod simply set the enemy compass sprite to fully transparent and the other versions don’t mess with that sprite at all.
Looks like I uploaded the wrong file for SHVT VTC 1.1. I've replaced it with the correct file so that enemies show up on compass.
Sidenote: I implemented a lot of these features based on feedback and suggestions. Personally I didn't think that I wanted SHVT or NEC, but while getting some screenshots I noticed that removing the enemies from the compass actually makes the combat a LOT more fun! I've ended up personally using SHVT NEC.

Thanks in advance
I tried to figure out how to add SEDWT and couldn't figure it out.
I cannot add compatibility with Faction Plus. That will be up to the author of that mod to add compatibility.
