Oh my gosh, I need a map to find the map! But hey, this is still a much better job than what Bethesda Game Studios did with the nonexistent maps in Starfield.

Go down the stairs in the residential area just after the House of Enlightened
It is so far out of the way, I legit would not know how to tell you where it was unless you already knew your way around the city.
Go straight as you come into the city and keep going until you reach the rock, then take the alleyway on your right. (the one right before the stairs) Its on the back of a building, hidden behind some cactus like plants.

进城穿过通道后，看到酒吧，右拐，去贸易局（绿色招牌很好认），然后直走一小段，看到启蒙之家的门，门口前有个楼梯下去，就能看到地图了。

i've explored the entirety of Akila city at this point and I haven't found it, which watchtower?

edit: nevermind, I finally found it.
not really much use where its at, especially since i had to explore the entire city anyway in order to find it.
Once the CK comes out one really needs to be placed right outside the spaceport.
(or better yet bethesda just add a bloody useable map into the game!)
