Please update. Just tested with your mod. The new gameplay menu in the options will be hidden with your mod. Crazy. It would be cool if you updated it. thx
I had to remove two files from this mod because Bethesda changed those two files from 30 fps to 120 fps, so this mod being a change of many interface files to 60 fps would override that.
What this means is that to update this mod, you need to remove/uninstall this mod in your mod manager, then install the new version of this mod, or there will be leftover files.
It's not really a huge deal, nothing would be broken or crash. They look very similar, and won't really be apparent without a keen eye and a quality monitor, it's just not "right".
I have a bunch of mods that all had separate 60FPS options, and I noticed you mentioned in the description to "let other mods overwrite" your mods loose files.
So does that mean put this earlier in the load order? And let all the other separate mods load after? I'm using Mo2, and when I put this last (and I just recently discovered this and so its my newest mod), all the other conflicting mods are green, but when I push it near the top, to let the others "overwrite" in the load order, they all turn red.
I'm a bit confused by this, since red usually indicates an error... lol. Maybe I'm confusing the load order? Should I have this near #1 in the load order, or as a more recent mod near the end?
In MO2, items in the lists that are lower are winning/overriding. That being the case, this mod should be near the top, like around where you would put the Starfield Community Patch. Other UI mods should be lower on the list than mine, as mine is just vanilla but smoother.
Hello my friend, I once made a German tutorial for your mod, which is really simply explained and easy to understand even for English speakers. You are welcome to link it for the communities. Kind regards.
That was really good, too bad my german skills are non-existing. I got duped and lost in translation mostly, but really informative from what i snatched up. Now do an English one, you can have a moose from sweden as payment.
Try to install in this order: Smoth UI --> StarUI. Also I have Undelayed Menu Mod installed and did like this: Smoth UI --> Undelayed Menu --> Undelayed Menu StarUI Patch --> StarUI
For me, as mentioned by my mod manager, StarUI doesn't replace all files of this mod, so install this first, then StarUI. Or use mod manager so files don't override eachother, but instead load mods in order of your list.

Any posts that ask about manual installs will be removed. This is not the place to ask about that.
"Please remove mod before updating as Bethesda has bumped the ship reticle to 120 FPS"
Does that mean this mod is no longer required?
Or does it mean .. disable the mod, perform the upgrade and then reenable the new mod?

I'm still figuring this out...
Thanks for the answer though, It makes sense now.
Undelayed Menu Toturial
Ta ta
Edit: so after taking a look at both mods, it looks like they both replace the same 5 files, so I am 99% sure they are not compatible at this time.
Edit 2: after further testing, I can confirm with 100% certainty that they are NOT COMPATIBLE. :(
If anyone figures out how to get this working with StarUI please share
correct me if im wrong but i think this mod creator meant that you need to use this UI mod first and then overwrite it with other UI modedit: ok nvm i think i need that patchAnyway which files affect only the space ui i.e. floating icons, reticle etc
So if I’m using Vortex, my load order needs to be
60 fps (this mod): “before all”
Undelayed Menu: “after”
StarUI (and HUD/Workbench/Inventory/Shipbuilder): “after all”
What is the "Constellation Collection" and how/what does it differ from against Full/Trim?
