   When looking at side by side screenshots between vanilla and this mod, for certain rocks, vanilla looks better. I narrowed down the issue to the texture mentioned in the subject line. This looks less detailed than vanilla.

      Please integrate proper Screenshots and add your PC specs & actual Starfield settings.
      No one can evaluate your complaint without those infos.
