This may sound dumb but can the edits just be made directly in the custom.ini or would that not work

The game just updated and I had to re-download some .dll ship mods that were updated to match the new game version. Maybe this ship size mod needs to be updated as well.

Cool mod however, I keep seeming to run into an issue where my ship doesn't load in once its fully built, any reason for this?

Thank you. My ship concept was over the size limit by all of 2 too wide. The only way to make it work without your mod was to wholesale scrap some rather essential hab modules I really wanted, or to accept an utter spaghetti mess maze with doors and ladders all over the place for an interior. With your mod I can have every hab I want with doors and ladders exactly where I want them. 😀

Im confused as to what this actually does. It allows you to make larger ships, but does it also increase the overall amount of modules you can use on the ship as well? I like to decorate my ships, and I hate hitting the limit that stops me from adding more stuff to it.

It does raise two module-related commands: uSpaceshipBuilderMaxModules and uSpaceshipBuilderModuleHardLimit. Both values are set at 190, instead of the default 130.

The commands will execute automatically when you start the game. You can open up the console when you start up and the commands should all be there.

I believe the default values for the changed commands are:

      fSpaceshipLandableMaxSizeX 80
      fSpaceshipLandableMaxSizeY 80
      fSpaceshipLandableMaxSizeZ 80
      fSpaceshipLandableSmallSize 45
      fSpaceshipBuilderMaxSizeZ 40
      uSpaceshipBuilderMaxModules 130
      uSpaceshipBuilderModuleHardLimit 130

no but there was one hanger that i landed in and my ship was clipping through , the opening of the ship was directly against a wall so i couldnt even get out lol, that being said i will use this mod to make my ship bigger and i guess use a smaller ship when i got back to that hanger.

I haven't, but I lowered the values a bit in the update, went around to a bunch of landing pads, and didn't encounter any issues.
