I do know that setglobaltimemultiplier is a value that can be changed, but that's based on a global value, so it's harder to adjust and unlike the power, it affects everything. Reference: 1 2
The vanilla behaviour doesn't make any sense from either gameplay or realism perspective. From gameplay perspective, it only adds tediousness and time, by having to wait mana to regen or loading the game when forgot to cast. From the realism perspective it's like this: "Oh, I forgot to flip my finger to you before we started to talk to each others so no I cannot read you mind." Makes no sense that an ability to read mind is locked behind a weird hand gesture that HAS TO be done before the convo.
it's a game buddy? it's entertainment, it's not suppose to make sense or copy reality and at the same time it makes sense that you have to cast the damn power before the conversations, IT'S NOT REAL LIFE.
Great idea but question. Is it possible to maybe have it just last say 5 minutes? Reading how you did it it looks like it's just 0 for vanilla and 1 for permanent. But I'm confused about the 500 means 30 seconds.
everytime you cast the power, the value of "PrecognitionAV" becomes 500, and when it runs out (after around 30 seconds, or 15, not sure on the timing) it becomes 0. It does not drain over time, it's an add 500, and a take away 500. By adding 1 from a 0, it will be 501 when casted, and 1 when returned. Hopefully this explains everything. Unfortunately this mod does not affect the timing. I would have to dig for the right GS or AV. But this just makes it always active.
