Working on a fix for Vortex users right now. Mod works with Mod Organizer 2. Should be out within a few hours.
Vortex users can try this while waiting for the patch (Credit to EvilTactician)
Right Click the mod in Vortex, "Open in File Manager"
Create a "Data" folder and drag the sfse folder into it.
Go back to Vortex, "Disable" and "Enable" the mod - Vortex will say it detected file changes. Save the file changes.
In the event that Vortex didn't add some of the files -at all-, manually download the mod and copy them from the archive into the folder which opened after the "Open in File Manager" step. The rest of the steps are the same.
Edit: Update to the mod has been posted. I have included a FoMod for easier installation, everything should work now...hopefully. Just pick which mod manager you use (Mo2 or Vortex).
I installed everything through Vortex, but it's saying that Console Command Runner isn't on the right version. I've reinstalled the other mod, and I'm still getting the same message. Either way, this mod doesn't seem to be working for me. I tried Easy Didgipicker, and that one seems to be far worse off than yours so if someone could please give me some help or tips I would be forever grateful. I just want some QOL mods for f*cks sake.
Can you explain what does it mean, please? - Install CCR - Auto Auto Easy Digipick via mod manager; Follow the FoMod i didnt manage to switch on the mode both mannually and with Vortex
So I've followed the instructions (including the ones in comments here regarding data folder), have the required mods, but this doesn't seem to do anything? I'm still having to do all the lock picking manually. Is there a trick to it or something?
EDIT: Nevermind all that, I had SFSE in the wrong folder.
Yes. Its a requirement for this mod. If you want to use an ini Alternative, I suggest using the mod Easy Digipick (Lockpick) . It pretty much does the same but it can act weird with the SFSE. You may or may not have to manually use the bat command if you use the Starfield Script Extender.
Just put sfse folder in a Data folder inside the zip, vortex doesn't seem to know where to put the sfse if it's not inside data already. it fixed it for me
The files of the mod the author uploaded are missing the /Data folder, so the Mod Manager is placing them in the wrong location.
This is one for the author to fix (quite an easy fix at least), but in the meanwhile you can fix it yourself.

If not you can try that and see if it works.
