Here is how: 1. Install mod with vortex 2. Open mod location through vortex (Right click mod after install) 3. At mod location, open data>textures and then copy weapons folder 4. Go to C:\Users\(Your User)\Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data\Textures and paste weapons folder 5. Load game and it should have the skin already on it.
I made you some mod manager compatible files. First file has the regular textures you've made: Default Retexture The second file has the clean textures you've made: CLEAN Retexture Feel free to post them each as separate downloads (how it should be done).
Also, for anyone having trouble getting mods to work or them being installed in the wrong location, be sure to check out Baka Disable My Games Folder. It's pretty mandatory (in my opinion) to have with Starfield due to how Bethesda changed where mods are supposed to go. That mod can save you from a LOT of headaches.
