Necropost (maybe I should have waited one more day ;D ), but for those interested in working with something similar for Fitness, consider the mod TN's Realistic Oxygen Meter by TheOGTennessee, which adds an Oxygen Refill Panel to your open Landing Bay, and lets you install more of them inside your ship/outpost. Get your laps in, and be able to cycle your air immediately. Additionally, it adds usable O2 tanks and emergency air masks (all with finetuning available in Game Settings) to refill your O2 and clear out your CO2.
Similarly, TN's Realistic Oxygen Meter (and the Fitness skill) plays really well and interesting with StarGym - One More Rep by lKocMoHaBTl. StarGym lets you workout on any benchpress or pullup bar, as well as install your own functional bench/pullups in your habs (that your crew and companion will also workout on, for nice sandbox ambience), in addition to Push-Up and dance mats. In addition to slightly retooling the Weight Lifting and Fitness skills, with bench and pullups contributing to Weight Lifting, and all stations (including pushups and dance mats) contributing to Fitness by way of exhausting your air after each set, you get and activity-associated post-workout buff (bench and pullups offer the post-workout buff "Heavy Lifter", which is reasonably increased carry capacity, increased HP, & melee damage. While pushups and dance offer "Fitness Expert", which is a temporary buff to movement speed and O2 recovery/efficiency. Once a set is completed at any station, your character is left breathless with low O2 and high CO2, it contributes very naturally with the Fitness challenge requirements of exhausting your air. And with TN's Realistic Oxygen Meter allowing you to install an O2 panel nearby, you can cycle your recovery very efficiently.
Those two mods individually are excellent mods. Using them together is even better. And just think, with IxionXVIIhere's Better Food and Chems, now you can eat better too ;D
There's a default, and one to increase the healing only. Is it possible to get the opposite effect? one that doesn't increase the healing from food, but DOES increase the duration?
I've used the mod since the beginning, but now that I've leveled up even with this mod the food is again useless.
Is there a way to make food scale to our level? If not, is there a way I can increase the values this mod does to make it more relevant to my current max health?

I'm using, the Comunity Patch.esm, Better Food and Chems.esm, Stealth Combat Overhaul.esm and Improved Combat AI.esm. I'm also using various mods as .bat files that do not yet have .esm functionality. These work together fine. For anyone struggling, ensure plugins.txt doesn't have '.txt' as a duplicate. Basically, if the file shows as a 'text file' in the description, delete the .txt from the name.
The plugins enabler, which this mod needs to work, WILL NOT WORK with the achievement enabler (https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/252) here. You must use the one located here (https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/1402). This will allow the plugins.txt file to load, and still allow you to earn achievements with a modded save.

I was wondering any chance to make it a medium or small plugin? Ive hit the maximum masters.
Little DISSAPOINTED about 1 small fact:
O2 SHOT +500% O2 recovery for 2s. <--- Why this one does not have 2x ?

One of them only includes changes to food items.
I tried downloading your .bat file in the miscellaneous section, but that does not seem to work anymore?
