Idk if you are taking requests but there is a color scheme I think would be absolutely amazing. Id do it myself but I cant for the life of me get gimp to open .dds files (yes i installed the plugin).
Basically, Medium Grey armor, dark grey underarmor, Yellowish Orange highlights.
Or if you also had issues opening the .dds files, id love it if you could share how you got around it so I can just do this myself and not be reliant on others to do things for me lol.
The idea sounds fun. If you are on Windows, you can give it a try on Krita (also free): https://krita-artists.org/t/python-plugin-dds-support-windows-only/73488
Developed the plugin myself and so far I have not experienced issues.
Sorry i'm new to the game, how do i get these outfits? I only have one from New Game+ I didn't know there's others, crafting maybe? Buy, or next NewGame+ shrug
Wondering if this is just me or if anyone else having this issue --- The gray-looking ones (specifically Astra) are almost entirely black for me in game. Not sure if its a lighting thing or if anyone else is having this. Thanks in advance for anyone who lets me know if they are having this too!
EDIT: it is lighting. When its a little dark they go completely black. When near super bright lights like the Temple shrine things it goes light grey
How do I install a specific one (Tenebris) manually? By copying only the Tenebris folder, and then all the .dds outside the folders? And on that note, how does it work if one installs the whole downloaded textures folder manually? Are they made available in different flavours ingame somehow?
Edit: Ah, I understand now, you get an upgraded suit at every NG... I haven't NG'd yet, but using a retexture mod to make the Mantis look like Starborn - I assume it looks like the first one, Astra. if I wanted it to look like your version of Tenebris, would there be a quick way to do it using your uploaded files? Thanks!
