      Place it in your Documents\My Games\Starfield so that the data folder merges with the existing one or install with mod manager.
      
      It works just fine. Make sure your ini has the proper lines to enable mods.

      ohh, it doesn't work if I do it with vortex? It places it automatically in the game's Data folder.... will try later again, thanks for the mod btw :D

      I dont use Vortex so I dont really know. But as long as its in the right place (\Data\Textures\clothes\Outfit_Sarah), it should pop right in.
      
      In my personal instance, I installed it with MO2, and it resides in C:\Modding\MO2\mods\N7 Jacket for Sarah\Textures\clothes\Outfit_Sarah
