Just checking, are you aware that "Sieghart's Outfitters" in Neon Core has this item on its shelves? (sadly i've not seen the guy actually offer the item for sale but pretty sure its just random item rotation and he does occasionally sell it)
Would love a mod that lets you choose different texture variants for this specific hat & i have the feeling this would already have the 'metallic' texture or setting or whatever is needed for the effect :D
What i really would love to see and have no clue about feasibility right now, is backwards caps, hope somebody can figure out a way to rotate them 👍
I've never noticed that on their shelves and definitely never noticed it for sale. It definitely looks like it would have the metallic texture. I'm not great at finding textures in the ba2 archives, but definitely going to go digging for this one tonight so I can play around with it. I couldn't find BorealUS' hat, which is how I ended up with the non-metallic version by just taking the texture from those really weird mushroom hats the dancers wear.
