Serious question, tried loading the save file and I'm out of character and my camera is moving independently from my character. Did you have some sort of command enabled when you saved the game?
Could also be a very young man. You can see a slight adam's apple, stronger chin and jawline especially in the 5th picture. IRL there is a wide range. There are males with more feminine features and females with more male features.
