As this is the only Rosie mod on the site I'll just leave this here as a bonus:
Bring up the console and target her (or use prid "1A0CB1" to select her, but only after you've met her). Now enter the following in the console: addtofaction 189604 1 addtofaction 1895e1 1
Rosie will now have the "I need help, doc" services dialogue, and you can get healed by her just as you would by visiting one of the doctors in a city. So now she's pretty useful to have on the ship, and it makes up for the fact that she has no skills that directly benefit ship operations. This also gives her vendor dialogue for supplies, but as she has no vendor inventory you can't actually buy or sell anything with her.
Nice work - figure BGS should add this officially, alongside, say, the ability to assign crew to specific ship modules during "work hours". So Rosie can finally be a doctor in the infirmary xD I've put in a ticket on the feedback form, so fingers crossed, I guess. Otherwise, when CK/xEdit comes out, I imagine it will be integrated pretty quickly.
The mod doesn't actually seem to work, I have about 120 other mods all working but this one just does not seem to change her appearance before or after recruiting her, I tried multiple looks, but none changed.
Make sure to manually install not vortex or MO2 as there are multiple files to choose from. I wont be making them single downloads, too much time I dont have currently :)

I saved the files as dss instead of dds. That's why they weren't working. Big thanks to MaliceUnarmed for noticing! :)

Yup, works after name change, will post pic. Your Sophia mod is correct, didn't check the 3rd however.
