Not sure if it is just me, But I am betting and odd secondary jetpack sound after I have use it.
So I will use a boost pack, land again. Then without touching it again, it sounds like someone else is using a boost pack nearby a few second later. I would have though it was literally that but I am on new Atlantis, outside Mast and can see everyone and no one is doing it. It has happened in other places too. Kinda like it is lagging or something.

I know what you're talking about and I have no idea why it happens sometimes either.

If anyone knows, let me know!

Hi mate love the mod. Could you please fix the file structure it would benefit many.

The file structure should be as follows.

    Data/Sound/Soundbanks

Hello! Is it just the Bounty Hunter Jetpack Sounds folder messing things up?"

It should just be the Data folder, correct?

I just updated the file with Data/Sound/Soundbanks only.

Hopefully the folders are fixed now. :)

Hi mate sorry for the late reply. Yes, thank you so much for that. And the "Bounty Hunter Jetpack Sounds" Needs to just be "Data" as well.
I really appreciate that mate. Love the Mod.

I love the mod from the preview but neither of my data folders have a sound folder so I'm not sure how to install it

Nevermind I apparently never looked at the downloaded folder, because it has a data folder, my bad

FYI your path is wrong for Vortex/MO2.
You can't have them on the "Updated Jetpack Sounds" folder, has to be straight Data folder.
    Great mod regardless.

amazing mod, it just sometimes works and on other playthroughs it somehow still plays the old original jetpack sound .... cant really figure out why...

Great mod, love the sound! But could you add a constant boost sound for sustained flight? I use a mod for unlimited horizontal boost and it feels so underwhelming flying without sound.

    Doesnt work.
Placed the files as instructed and nothing happens.
my custom ini file in documents already has the file.

Either the instructions are incorrect or it has broken.

Hello, still works for me and seems to be for others.

Did you place the .wem files in Documents\my games\Starfield\Data\sound\soundbanks
                                  or SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starfield\Data\sound\soundbanks

Open your custom .ini file in Notepad and make sure it includes:[Archive]
      bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
      sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Weirdly this doesn't work for me either. Got the custom ini squared away and placed them in the soundbanks folder in the main game directory but nothing. I have two other sound mods that make the va'ruun pistol and the nova sound like star wars blasters, could those be interfering?

For me it was the folder structure on the most recent upload. I was having the same problem but dragging the Data folder out of the "Updated Jetpack Sounds" folder fixed the issue for me! Thanks for the sound effects by the way Jedi :)

Make sure to not put the Updated Jetpack Sounds folder inside of soundbanks. Only the .wem files.

I've made this clearer on the frontpage now to offer extra help.

And no problem seborn :) Glad you figured it out.

Make sure to remove that folder that you mention, so it can work with vortex.

BTW, have you had a weird behavior where the jetpack sounds reproduces again (but quiter) when you are not using the jetpack?
