      yes, all temple missions will still be playable after unlocking all powers.

   all you have to do is type 'psb' in the console for every power.

      Not unless 'psb' works on leveling the powers too.

      thats for the psb. only reason i wanted to download this mod is because my game glitched and i cant get the last 2 powers on my first play through. i didnt want them all at 10.

   Will Vladimir give me more missions to search for temples after I use this?
   Not a big fan of those powers, but I just wanna get rid of those missions...

      Not sure what you mean by NG but yes it gives every power and levels them all to 10.
