   Do i need to use the PERSONNEL RECORD 29 under biometric ID? Because if i go to Enhance i can't change that

      Hello! Good point, yes its obligatorily, I change the description. You can use console command, but after my experience there is a side effect. You gets additional perks from build and, by the way, it can make even more bugs in allready pretty buggy game.
