    Had no luck getting this to work. My Satarfieldcustom ini has the lines
    [Archive]
    bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
    sResourceDataDirsFinal=

    And I have put the files into Starfield\Data\Interface
    Inside are the two files hudmenu.gfx and hudmenu_lrg.gfx

      Following someone elses comment, after modifying the Starfield.ini in the game's root folder and adding
      the lines under Archive section

      bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
      sResourceDataDirsFinal=

      It now works....

    Thanks for the mod, it works great! Is there any way you could make one remove hit markers, and remove enemy hp bars, except for elites or commanders, the enemies with multiple health bars? I'd like to be able to tell who is a stronger enemy somehow. Cheers either way man. No worries if not :)

    I'm getting dejavu of Skyrim and Fallout4 days again! Another simple Mod I have to take! Thankyou.

    To be honest I should leave it for a year and come back when there's an all-in-one pack released that will let us remove whatever from the UI. :)

    Works well for me.

    For people who are having problems adding the customer Ini file, please remember to turn on file extensions. You may just be adding a .txt file, not an .ini.

    Soo this does not work for me. I have put the gfx files in interface folder in data and added your ini lines in my custom ini. I also have a camera ini line for fov. Does this interfere? I still get hitmarkers

      No, other edits to the ini files shouldn't conflict. If the gfx files are in the correct location then I'm not sure what the problem is. Others are suggesting putting loose files in data folder in the documents\starfield location, so maybe try that instead?

    I downloaded a mod by another author that removes the enemy life bar, and he also had to create an ini file in the docs, exactly as you described, so that means I already have this mod of yours?

      A few other modders have made files that do the same thing as mine, so yes the mod you downloaded likely does the same thing.

    I've put the removed hitmarkers folder into the starfield data folder but it's not working? this is my first time using mods, I would appreciate if you could give me some quick step by step instructions thanks.

    Btw do I need to start a new game for this to work?

      No, a new game isn't needed. Make sure you put just the interface folder within starfield's data folder. Also make sure your StarfieldCustom.ini has the added lines from the description. The .ini should be in your starfield documents folder.
