what is the BAT commands for? just the hand scanner range? do i need that for just the controls acceleration settings to work? all i need is this section to be happy:

The Bat console command are for prompts such as "setgs" and anything that resets/doesn't save if you restart your game. There are other mods that uses "sStartingConsoleCommand" to start txt files as a bat command. If you wanted to use multiple mods for this, it gets confusing so this is for putting all those commands into one file. If you don't use anything like that, then just remove it from that from the file.

I'm not really a modder. I just know the settings there fixed the basic things I needed to play happily and since I didn't see an All-in-one settings file for people who might not know how to navigate files/folders, I just wanted to share this with them. ^^''
I believe it's 50 base, 10 Scan, and 25 social without any perks. Not too sure on this. I personally set it to 150 Base, 110 Scan, and 125 social. The scan range on the UI will increase the scan number by 10 for each Surveying skill point added as well.
