      I think you just need to copy the Textures file and drop it in C:\Users\UserName\Documents\My Games\Starfield

      Yep, drop it there and make sure you've done this https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/articles/116

      I don't know what Vortex support is like for Starfield at this point. It may be able to take care of both for you.
