Is there a way for us to customise npc's manually through console commands and let them keep the makeup and tattoos? using the capp player method in the console commands works but on reset of the game the makeup and tattoos dissapear
Any chance you'll re-upload the "very light" version without the 📁 "Sarah very light make up no wings" folder so that it's mod manager compatible? I know how to manually install. I did it a lot before I started using Baka Disable My Games Folder. But using Vortex just makes everything so much cleaner and easier to deal with.
Vortex doesn't like this... gives an invalid installer and some message about invalid files? I tried rezipping just the Textures subdirectory thinking it maybe didn't like the top level folders, and dropped it into Vortex and it still complained but at least installed the files.
You need to rezip the \Data\ folder of the mod (so essentially just remove the top-level folder of the mod archive), then Vortex will install it just fine.
HOWEVER, you will need this mod to actually load the textures once Vortex has installed them, as the game does not support loading textures from the root \Data\ folder by default (hence why a lot of texture mods are suggested to be installed manually in the \Documents\My games\Starfield folder... but with the mod I linked, Vortex works too).
If you are NOT using SFSE (AND the mod I linked) you will ALWAYS have to install textures manually. Hope this helps maybe.
Hey just letting you know I think the goth makeup dds file names are wrong they do not show up for Sarah. I looked at other makeup mods it seems like the goth one is meant for Andreja face (59a7) based on the dds name and Sarah's is (5983).
hey thank you for making the request! I have a bit of a dilemma. I made my own preset for sarah using my character and then copying the preset over to hers (then change my character back). When I do so, no make up or scars are saved on reload of the save, however the rest of the preset remains intact. I assumed this meant replacing the base skin texture would work (as you've provided), but upon loading I am not seeing the alterations from this mod. I've checked and the file in the correct location. Any idea on what might be causing this? Thanks
If its just a texture you're editing in photoshop, save it as a JPEG and then open it in ' Paint.net ' and save it as a DDS. Also make sure your file structure is right. It should be this:
Thanks! so the file you linked to is the exact method I used to load my characters preset onto sarah. I haven't altered any textures, just followed those same instructions. Does this method stop your texture replacement from working? I've doubled checked and placed your mod in the correct folder.
In regards to that mod I haven't a clue yet as I haven't tried it. I will try it soon though, but from what I gather, as soon as you've finished making them in the editor, save and exit the game so it doesn't revert. I would recommend going to the comments there as theres more info available especially by the author :)
but I commented there so feel free to reply to my comment and I can talk there :)
i appreciate it, and I'll try again. It saved all my changes except makeup, so, maybe I didn't save soon enough after the alterations were made. Hopefully those details can be retained.
Edit: looks like comments on similar mods are saying make up / blemish retention is not possible. RIP goth sarah.
hi. great mod she looks hot. would you be able to tell me what program you used to extract and edit her face. i wanted to edit other characters lime noel. thanks in advance

Dark, Light and very light versions. These are the last I'm doing for Sarah :)

Then Download a program EET4 to look up the name of the person and it will give you the code to search in the ESM folder.
