I love this mod. Been playing with it for pretty much my whole playthrough. Is there any chance of an N7 Variant with the Constellation logo? I'd really like to have both.
Hey! Do you happen to know what .dds file I'm supposed to edit for this part to be black like the rest? I can't for the life of me find any file that edits it. I tried to export everything as solid black but this part still appears white. It's driving me crazy :D
It's part of the body/chest dds if you're using PS.. make a layer and draw lines on the new layer in dark area's to see whats what, thats how I did it :)
Hmm interesting... I tried that but couldn't find it anyway. Nothing I did changed this part the slightest, I guess I'll just give up. Nevertheless, thank you for taking the time to reply :)
So, I went at it again and it's definitely not working, the body_color.dds does not alter the back like you said it does. It's weird though, because even if I only use your textures they don't affect that area either. Are you sure you did not alter any other .dds to get it black like the rest and forgot the put it in your archive?
Edit: so I banged my head into a wall and finally got the solution. No thanks to you OP. The file you need to edit in order for the boost pack socket to be dyed like the rest of the suit is the spacesuit_constellation_upperbody_color.dss. None of the mark I . dds files alter this part. So If you're wandering why OP's mod is not working as intended, that's why. You gotta do the job yourself.
Hi there, thank you for your amazing work. Always and forever N7! Shepard is alive... The "Black and red booster pack" has a wrong file structure, it has to begin with "data"
Have a nice day, and thx again...
PS: BTW "N7 Version Mark-1 Retexture" same problem...
So im having an odd issue lol, so when it works it looks great! but somedays itll go back to what the mk1 looks like instead of the retexture, and the some days it comes back, what did I do wrong?
It's like the Star Wars Prequels over time. It became a good game, but I cant play it vanilla. It has to be heavily modified. "Shut up sam" IS A MUST! haha. Though the ME: Legendary Edition is where my true ME experience is hands down.
My biggest overhaul is an Cerberus outfit xD I've spent the whole day doing this one and it looks f*#@ing bad ass... I just need to texture the booster and it's out. Within the hour maybe.
Hi, I don't know why but the armor doesn't change, even if I did everything you said in description (including the Starfield Custom.ini part). I installed it with Vortex, it didn't work, then I desinstalled it and re-installed it manually but it still doesn't work.
Maybe it's because I'm using a female character ?
EDIT : OMFG I'm such a massive idiot.. I'm so used to put mods in the directory/Data that I was completely blind about your messages and mod description that clearly says to put it in the DOCUMENT/Starfield/Data.
Pardon me for all time you wasted for me :/ and it looks great btw !
All you have to do is drag my ' data ' folder into your ' C:\Documents\Starfield ' and that's it. Don't use Vortex. It HAS to be installed manually. :)
.. and it's perfectly normal not having a texture folder before.. but the more mods you download the more folders you'll get for different things.. So dont worry about that :)

Dammed, I have to upgrade my Hardware...
Requesting a black Mark 1 Pack to go with this suit as well. Will go really well. Thanks.

You need to manually install it :)
And just in case I made a mistake, I give you my StarfieldCustom.ini :
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
[General]
sStartingConsoleCommand=bat wts
sTestFile1=HSIBA.esp
sTestFile2=FastWalk.esp

So glad you managed to sort it :D
