its a mod added by console commands - "Annihilator Rounds" Drop pistol on ground, open console and click on it to show weapon ID, then type - ".amod 0012c81b" and press enter If that doesn't work, try searching "help Annihilator" in console and you'll find other OMOD ID's for Annihilator Rounds, I'm not sure why there's more than one ID for it. To remove, drop pistol again, open console, select pistol, type ".rmod 0012c81b" or whatever OMOD ID you had applied.
