This mod just made it so nobody (player and companions) wears their space suits anymore. I've tried reverting to an earlier save but same issue. Does anyone know how I could get my space suits back?

I'll give instructions for you guys, as this modder can't write coherently for the life of them.

    Download the file
Extract the file and move the two extracted files into your starfield directory (where starfield.exe is)
Launch the game and load into your save
Press ` and type "bat wts"
    save and exit
delete the file in your starfield directory named 'Wts.txt'
Now when you want a companion to wear their suit, simply trade with them, and have them unequip their usual outfit

why is always requires a Nobel Prize degree to be able to understand the installation mods on this website? the step by step guide is extremely misleading and absolutely not understandable, I'm lost at the three first words everytime... we are extremely grateful to the modders for the work they do on the game, but PLEASE, try to make an understandable step by step like you are speaking to a toddler not to a Nasa Engineer....

Apologies but I'm really struggling with the install description as this is my first mod install. Could someone please explain how to install this mod? The instructions assume users already have an understanding but the English is a little broken for me to understand fully.

Copy wts.txt in the game's root folder. In game open console command (~)  write "bat wts" press enter.

Isnt working. When I go into the console and do it manually with bat wts it adds the armor to my companion but they still arent wearing it. After unequipting all their armor the suit appears but nothing else.

Hello everyone, I am not having any luck with getting this mod to work, I have some other mods installed and they all seem to work fine, but for some reason, all I get with this one is a Syntax error.

I must be missing something so I will go through what I have done:

Download and copy "wts" named txt where is your starfield.exe located.

    Okay, I did this!!

Copy the StarfieldCustom.ini file "Documents/My Games/Starfield"  or             copy:
    [General]
sStartingConsole Command=bat wts              (without the space between Console and Command)

    into the existing StarfieldCustom.ini file.

And I did this, I just copied the file over the one I already had.

(Now this is where I get confused)
After running the bat file from Customini, just incase delete the bat and/or the Custimini bat execution commnad avoiding duplicating items. If for some reason its not working just for assurance open console (~ or ö) and write there "bat wts".

THIS is most likely where my problem is, as I don't seem to have a bat file in my download, all I have is a Text File "WTS", and the ini file "StarfieldCustom and that's it, where is this bat file I am supposed to be running??

I also tried running "bat wts" from the console but all it does is error out saying command not found or something like that.

    Thanks for any help
    R

So I added a non constellation member to my crew and I want her to wear a specific space suit all the time
Any way to do that? Because if I take her outfit she always wears a space helmet as well :/

Ofc, with console commands, target the actor write in command "showinventory" or "(character_id).showinventory" there u have to look for the helmet and spacesuit id, target the character again u need his/her id and write in console command "(character_id).removeitem (helmet_id)", "(character_id).removeitem (spacesuit_id)".
/////(if u targeting the actor but giving u wrong id use the mouse wheele until u get the right one, or target him/her and use the command "this")
