A simple mod that adds three starter homes for the three faction traits: Freestar Collective Settler, Neon Street Rat, United Colonies Native.

How To Start
Once installed, the mod will check your current traits and based on these assigns the quest to unlock your new starter home!
This means that by default, only one home at a time will be available, based on your chosen trait! (unless you used other mods/console commands to add the other traits as well)
If you start a new game, the check will be performed once the first artifact has been delivered to Constellation.
On a New Game+, the check will be performed upon loading into your Starborn Guardian.
If you do not want to do a Unity jump or start a new game after adding one of the traits via console or mods, head into the Gameplay Options menu and look for the Trait Starter Homes: Perform Trait Check option and set it to yes.
You can also use this option to get the key to your new home without needing to deliver the first artifact to Constellation.
Each quest simply gives the key to your new home, a quest objective to direct you to it as well as adding a map marker to it. Map markers are not visible for homes you do not have access to.
Features
- Each home is a build area, just like vanilla player homes.
- Each home features two weapon racks and a single mannequin (can be swapped between female and male).
- Each home has a storage crate with 2500 capacity and a fridge storage with additional 200 capacity.
- Each home has a functional stove, weapons workbench and spacesuit workbench - these are all connected to the storage objects to allow their content to be used for crafting.
- All clutter and decorations are static.

I recommend using a Mod Manager like MO2 or Vortex.
If you install manually:
- Download and unpack the file
- Place DWN_TraitStarterHomes - Main.ba2 and DWN_TraitStarterHomes.esm into your Starfield/Data folder
- Start the game, head to the Creations menu and activate the mod under Load Order

Will conflict with other mods adding stuff to the exact same places as I added stuff to.
