   Looks like the patch in BETA will fix this bug. You probably were the one that made them aware of it :D

   I've just tried this (Creations version) and was able to build an extra 3 crew desks right away.

   If it isn't already included, this should be forwarded to either the Community Patch or the Unofficial Patch.

      I do plan on trying to get it forwarded to the Community Patch at some point, though from what I've heard everyone involved with that is taking a break at the moment.
