The mod you have listed as required, Starfield Hair and Beards - RTFP is a dead link.
    Should be https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/8364

With that being said, Estelle was plain and bald and only by hitting her with the NPC gun did her hair appear.  Even then, she did not seem to look like the photos; makeup was not correct.  Are you sure you shouldn't be including facegen meshes and textures, like other NPC replacer mods do?

Ope, I'll change that right away. I knew about the bald bug and also have to shoot her with the npc gun. As for the facegen meshes and textures, I'm honestly not sure, I used the same file in the pictures but maybe they are like preloaded into mine? I won't lie all I know about the CK is that I can move slider to make faces look better, I'll try a clean save, maybe even a clean install, for testing and look into this once I have time. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Edit: The link seems to be working now, maybe it was a temporary thing? I click it and it brings me to the same link you gave

Hey, btw, I would try loading an earlier save, before installing this mod, and loading it last. I had something similar happen (The faces being the same as vanilla) and that seemed to fix it. Sorry I know that this is a late reply.

What version of Starfield are you running? With the latest version of Starfield, I haven't been able to use any of the modded hairstyles in the hair mod that you're using. If I save them in a preset, they destabilize my game and the game either freezes or crashes when I hit a load screen. I can use them in my main character or transfer the preset as long as I set it up with a vanilla hairstyle and don't save the preset when I either accept the selections with my main charcater or if I transfer the look to an NPC using the console. Just curious. The preset looks really nice by the way.

Do you have the real time form patcher mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/8324) needed for the hair mod? I will check the version once I have time and thank you for your kind words 👍

How does one make an npc replacer mod? I'm a little familiar with xEdit. Thanks btw.

I used this tutorial I found on the steam guide for the starfield creation kit (which is what I use) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-YqMEur68Mc&pp=ygUlaG93IHRvIG1ha2UgYW4gbnBjIHJlcGxhY2VyIHN0YXJmaWVsZA%3D%3D (on mobile can't directly link it sorry) for custom hair you'll need to add said hair mod to the data checklist thing and then you'll be able to find the hairs in the selection menu.

She reminds me of a Hollywood actress - cant quite remember the name though.
    Christy something?

Edit:  Now I remember - Kirstie Allie.  This is how she looked when she was young.

Certainly an improvement on the looks over what bethesda gave her.  Not to shabby.

Yeah, I have 2 female & 3 male characters.  Seriously, if I'm gonna play a female character, I wanna do it with a drop dead gorgeous one, that's physically exquisite as well.  Then, why bethesda stuck us with dog ugly NPCs to see around us all the time.  Then there's like 8 faces, for males & females out there.  Some are younger or older, diff hair colors, yet just about all the same.  It's like we were dropped into North West Arkansas, were the families don't tree out very much.  Then, generally, spacers/CF/ecliptic are even worse as far as physical distinctiveness goes.  Then, the only ones that are diff are named ones, even they're certainly nothing to write home about.  So, really, TY for putting a fresh face into the game.
