The Starborn are highly challenging opponents with multiple lifetimes of experience to hone their skills and abilities according to the lore. The goal of this mod is to make them the serious threat that they're supposed to be. As with the other AI mods in my series, I do not edit the NPC forms at all. So this should be compatible with a wide variety of other mods, including those editing the Starborn.
I've also included an optional addon (main file is required) that will make all Starborn use melee weapons only (in addition to their powers of course). This optional addon requires Melee Madness, which adds unique Starborn melee weapons (as well as many other melee weapons).
