      for whatever reason a lot of the pack-ins I used dont show up on the local map, not sure how to fix it

   No better example of how SF fell short is their Red Mile - broken machines in a small room with a few scrubs hanging out.  Could have been a great spot with repeatable and expanding missions/quests - I'm glad someone could see the potential and hats off to you for taking the effort to make it !
