Morph Configuration INI Guide
Overview

The INI file allows users to customize how morph values change based on gameplay activities. Each morph type corresponds to a specific aspect of the player's body shape and is influenced by various actions like sprinting, eating, or combat. The mod reads the INI file at startup to configure these settings.
INI File LocationThe INI file should be placed in the following directory:

Data\SFSE\MORPH.ini

General Settings

These settings control overall behavior:

[General]
MaxRadius = 1.0 ; Maximum combined morph influence
QuantumSprint = 30 ; Sprinting time (in seconds) required to increase Thin morph
KillQuantum = 5 ; Number of melee kills required to increase Muscular morph

Morph NamesUsers can use the CharGenMenu to explore different types of morphs available in their installed body mod. If a user decides to change the INI mid-playthrough, it is important to reset previous morphs to their 0 state using the following console command:

ApplyChargenMorph [Morph Name] 0.0
The names in this section must match the morphs available in your installed body mod. The provided

DW_Morphs.json
file includes examples such as:

[MorphNames]
Muscular = BodyMuscular
Thin = AWMsSlender
Heavy = BodyStocky
Alien = AWElfish
Persuasion = BodyTone

To find suitable names, refer to

DW_Morphs.json

Morph Gain SettingsEach morph gain setting determines how much an activity contributes to that morph. A value of

0.0
disables any gain for that morph, while the maximum allowable value for a morph is

1.0
It is recommended to choose small increment values (e.g.,

0.01

0.05
or

0.1
 that add up to

1.0
over time for a balanced experience.

Each morph gain setting determines how much an activity contributes to that morph. A value of

0.0
disables any gain for that morph, while the maximum allowable value for a morph is

1.0
Defines how much influence each activity contributes to a morph:

[MorphGains]
MuscularHigh = 0.1
MuscularMedium = 0.05
MuscularLow = 0.01

ThinHigh = 0.1
ThinMedium = 0.05
ThinLow = 0.01

HeavyHigh = 0.1
HeavyMedium = 0.05
HeavyLow = 0.01

AlienHigh = 0.1
AlienMedium = 0.05
AlienLow = 0.01

PersuasionHigh = 0.1
PersuasionMedium = 0.05
PersuasionLow = 0.01

Customization

Users can adjust values to change the rate at which morphs increase or decrease based on gameplay actions. Ensure that morph names match those in

DW_Morphs.json
if using the SFF Body for instance to avoid errors.

Zero-Sum Morph System
  • Gaining in one category reduces capacity in the others, ensuring a balanced physique.
Seamless Integration
  • Works with any object marked with the base game workout animation keywords.
  • Compatible with StarGym & Usable Bench Press and Pull Up Bar for interactive workout animations.
Lightweight & Automatic
  • No hotkeys or menus needed—just play naturally.
  • Runs quietly in the background, event driven for activity-based changes, tracking actions and decay timers.
🔬 How It Works
✅ Eat = Heavy boost (FoodItem detection)
✅ Workout = Muscular boost (Workout station activation)
✅ Sprint = Thin boost
🔄 24-Hour Decay Checks:
  • Starvation: 24h without food → Lose fat
  • Muscle Decay: 24h without workouts → Lose muscle
🛑 Morph Budget & Limits: Keeps changes within a realistic range.
🔧 Requirements📥 Installation
  • Use MO2, Vortex, or manual install.
  • Load after mods adding new food or workout objects.
  • No hotkeys or menus needed—runs automatically.
FAQ
❓Does skipping workouts remove all muscle instantly?
  • No—muscle decays gradually over ~20 days of inactivity.
❓ How big are the changes?
  • +0.1 for eating or working out, -0.05 per neglected day (stackable).
  • +0.1 per second sprinting
  • (This will get tuned as development progresses with the mod)
❓ Performance impact?
  • Minimal—triggers only on eating, working out, and daily decay checks..
🚀 Future Plans
  • Planned for a future spinoff mod - Bonuses and Penalties for each of the Thin, Muscular, Heavy
  • Make suggestions and I will consider them.....
