I notice something: you have a style for creating faces, but it seems you struggle to differentiate them. This character's face change has made her look very similar to the new face you made for Andreja, they're almost like sisters. She could easily pass as Andreja's older sister right now, given the resemblance.
It's a common issue, really. When creating faces in a particular style, it's easy to unintentionally replicate the same general features across all faces with only slight differences. Yes, there are differences in the lips, nose, and cheekbones, but there are some overarching traits that make them look very similar.
This is meant as constructive criticism and should be taken as such. If I’ve offended you, I apologize, that’s not my intention. I struggle with this myself; all my faces end up looking the same! 😆
Not offended at all, I appreciate the criticism. So when I created each preset I started with a base for each character (original preset). Each character model has their own unique sliders. I only slightly adjusted each slider, and removed some that created weird shapes. Not one character has exactly the same sliders, some only have the same shape morphs. Andromeda had the most drastic changes bc her model was hideous. But they are all unique, while still faithful to the originals. The goal was to remain as close to the originals as possible. I still have some characters to redo, so i'll take note for future reference!
Im gonna have to say op is right. You have a style, nothing wrong with that, but they do all look pretty similar. Big eyes, higher brow, thicker lips, wide nose, slightly pointed chins. Basically they all look like they have the same mom but different dad.
I see many mods like this i'd absolutely use if i were still playing, Wish there was a way to like Mod/show some support without needing to download it.<3
The original Andromeda was a huge makeover, as the in game character just left much to be desired. But I still wasn’t happy and thought I could do better. I learned a few things along the way that I wanted to implement into this newer version 1.1
You should still be able to use the old version if it’s more to your liking!
Sir, all your presets have been incredibly beautiful (and pretty darn sexy too lol) You're doing a great job and you have a great eye. Starfield is a game full of emptiness, and you realize that just as in real life, beauty is one of the most - if not the most - wonderful anomalies and discoveries of life. So, your work is a gift to us all.
I couldn't agree more and thank you for saying that. I know the game didn't take off as well as Skyrim did, but I'm recently enjoying it. Simply changing the look of the game, from the characters to the scenery has been fun. Doing my best not to go too over the top with the characters but i'm happy so far.
Are these screenshots with the game at 4K resolution? How is it so detailed!? Mods? I'm running 1440p but I always see super detailed pictures and wonder what I'm doing wrong lol.
