    1.2 passes through a climate change (a removal) to Porrima III from the Starfield 1.15.216.0 update. Unknown if this actually affects the weather/climate/sky on Porrima III or not, but better safe than sorry.

    1.1 adds a marker for The Well in New Atlantis. This is right next to the Trade Authority and Apex Electronics, with Kay's House directly in front. The staircase just behind and to your left is probably the quickest route to Jake's, where there's a mission board.

    1.1A adds a lodge interior marker; this one is an optional update as entering the lodge "unconventionally" could potentially cause main questline issues, i.e. if something was supposed to happen on entry or if the player shouldn't be able to enter the lodge at that point.

    1.1B adds a separate plugin for some Akila City markers, The Rock and the Trackers Alliance.

    I've got this problem and I don't know if it's related to your mod when selecting points from the planetary map.
    In New Atlantis I can see all your points just fine and I can click on all the ones above the main point (the lodge), but when I move my cursor below the main point to try and click on the shipyard, all the points disappear.

    I have not been able to figure out how to cycle through the points other than using the mouse and I can't hover over any options that populate below the main option without the options disappearing.

      I'm not certain if this is what you're describing, but if there are a lot of markers visible from orbit in one location then it can be difficult to select an option near the bottom, as the list will close itself. You can either zoom in slightly using the mouse wheel, or rotate the planet using your movement keys (WASD) so that the list is higher on the screen, and then this doesn't happen.



      If that's not the problem you're describing, then I'm afraid I've not seen it and it's likely another mod causing it.

      huh. weird. All your icons appear to drop down below the initial icon whereas mine are kind of split with most icons flowing up and like 2 icons populating below. I'll try some more troubleshooting but if im unsuccessful ill post a gif or images of what im talking about. i do have a few ui mods so perhaps one of them is fighting over it.

      Yeah that looks like you have another UI mod that's causing that, the markers shouldn't be that spread out either.

      It was Slightly better map icons . Gee dangit. I really like their map icons. Would be swell if a patch was possible, but no worries. I'll probably stick with yours since that relieves a headache/game mechanic gripe whereas theirs just looks prettier.

      If you have any mods that make changes to the worldspace record for any of the locations covered (which is unlikely - it would be like mods that change the biome, gravity etc. of the major cities) they will need to go below this mod. Otherwise it should be fine to put it anywhere.

      OK, as nothing else in this mod touches Akila City anyway, I've made it as a small separate plugin for both The Rock and the Trackers Alliance. It's under optional files.

    Is it possible to fast travel directly into the lodge, rather than just outside it?

      I've added an optional version 1.1A with the lodge marker. I'd been reluctant to add one tbh as the game uses the lodge doors for parts of the main quest. I'd advise only using this version after you've finished the main questline, or at least not fast travelling to the lodge interior when you have any main quest objective that directs you to the lodge.

    Just FYI from my own experience -- if you want to play the free Chunks Noir quest https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/12749 it appears to be incompatible with this one due to a quest objective taking place in New Homestead -- at least it was for me.

      I've not had time to check yet, but the only things the Chunks Noir mod places in New Homestead are a book and a backpack, I presume one of those isn't spawning? The book is set as initially disabled, and it isn't clear how that's being changed, at least not from what I can see in xEdit. I'll need to check in-game.

      OK, the "fix" is very easy - if you fast travel to New Homestead Interior when the quest takes you to New Homestead, just walk through the door the marker is on, then back through the door again into New Homestead after the loading screen, and the quest updates properly and directs you to the next slate you need to collect. It looks like the quest is just checking that the player went though that particular door in order for the slate to spawn.

      Thanks for replying. Unfortunately New Homestead became fundamentally broken for me once I started using this mod.

      I took a few screen caps to show what I mean.

      Here is what New Homestead looks like when I land and run toward the site. The airlock is open.

      If I try to go through the door at the bottom of the stairs, I see this impassable black door.

      To get inside past this door, towards the museum and store, I have to fast travel to the Interior marker. If I turn around, I can't exit.

      I've tried removing the mod and reinstalling, waiting on Venus, anything I could think. I had to use another character in a different Starfield install to complete the Chunks Noir quest.

      Well, all I can really say is it's not my mod that's doing that. You've got multiple missing items there, like the airlock door and a broken load door. There's certainly nothing in my mod that removes any vanilla items. You've clearly got a bad mod or conflict somewhere, but whether it's a load order issue or something baked into your save from a current or past mod I'm afraid I couldn't say.

      It's not a big deal. I play on multiple platforms, with multiple characters, so one broken save doesn't bother me. I will see what happens with other characters and other mod loadouts though.

    Besides Cydonia & The Well, I've personally mostly found fast travelling in cities to vendors (primarily in NA/Akila/NC) (and the lodge) quite frustrating; want to go to this vendor? Sure, here's a loading screen for you to see a door to another loading screen...

    I guess this would be somewhat different than adding new markers, as you'd likely want to replace existing markers in order to not completely clutter the maps, but it'd be such a nice QOL upgrade.

    Hello, this mod is a GREAT idea. I just tested the Well, Cydonia, and New Homestead. New Homestead acted a little weird. When I land there I end up near the tourist group. When I leave, the next zone is treated like an exterior cell. The player puts on a space suit and the airlock is open, despite being "inside" still. Is this unavoidable? Thanks again.

      I can't replicate landing near the tourist group at all, do you have a sequence that is most likely to lead to that?

      Leaving New Homestead has a vanilla issue where your own character and/or follower's suit status gets messed up, and they'll show as wearing a suit in a safe area or not wearing one when they should. What you're describing sounds like that. If it's that bug, it *should* be as easy as travelling to another planet (i.e. Jemison) and entering/leaving your ship to fix it. But it hasn't happened to me for a while, and I can't find a fast travel sequence to/from the New Homestead Interior marker that seems to trigger it for me at the moment, at least from the testing I just did.

      Sure, but you don't need this mod for that. It's always been possible to evade scans by landing at another marker on the same tile as a city while you're in orbit, before the scan completes. Mars has a whole bunch of them to choose from. And for locations where there there was nothing else on the same tile to begin with (like Titan) you could place an outpost on the same tile and land there instead. So the mod isn't letting you do something you couldn't already do in the game. I guess it saves you from placing an outpost or two. Bethesda might get around to patching this someday as it doesn't seem like intended behavior.
