While I appreciate your effort in modding, I am unsure of the objective? I have a mod that allows me to carry the armour and current weapon through the Unity - these stats will exceed what this mod offers, so why??
There are currently (at least as far as I know) only 2 mods, neither of which is supported anymore, although I have a feeling that only the one that allows you to transfer about 8 things works properly. So there are two options, either don't use any mods to keep stuff = use mods that bring similar stuff like mine does, or use the one that allows you the 8 things with the fact that you don't have to worry about Armor, credits and the assault rifle.

Congrats on releasing your mod! A quick note, though. Your plugin is in the .esp file format - those cannot be used by the game. All plugins uploaded for mod releases need to be .esms, as Starfield does not use .esp files for play - they WILL break the game (they are purely for development purposes). Starfield only uses .esm plugins and they are of the following 3 types - and nothing else:
