Interesting mod. I posted on Reddit a little while back after the previous beta update when I came across this in the vanilla game and someone mentioned it had been scrapped given backlash over cultural appropriation initially. It would appear they brought it back.
Strange, for some reason it was not showing up in game on Nikau Henderson for me despite it now apparently being in the official Starfield textures BSA file, but when I extracted it as a loose file it then shows up.
