You can actually make it your own. Simply use the save file from this mod, then use the console command "slm 14" this will open the chargen menu. Make sure you're on File preset 01. Then go to the Preset Tab and Save the JSON preset.
After that, delete the save file, start a new game and use the preset file to recreate the character in your own playthrough.
I'm using the steam version and haven't tried it, but it seems that dropping the save file into sfsconvert_v0_0_4.exe will convert it. Please do so at your own risk.
