any idea why this mod not working ?
iv tried everything but no luck
iv tried to edit SFBGS004.esm on creation kit as you said, and saved the file as esm, but no effect in game.
    also REV-8-Pro.esm not working
iv installed CreationKit - SFSE - Address library - reinstalled vortex - tried manual mod install - reinstall Starfield...
    Edited the  StarfieldCustom.ini
    [Archive]
    bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
    sResourceDataDirsFinal=

Maybe your problem is that you simply aren't loading the .esm.

Speaking from memory, since I haven't played for a long time, but you should edit your Plugins.txt at
      "C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Starfield"

There, add a line for any .esm you want to load. Something like this:

      *OtherMods.esm
      *AnotherMod.esm
      *Infinite Car Boost.esm

Remember to add the "*", or it won't load.

Totally gratuitous and unrelated fact, in TES and FO, most mods used to be .esp, but now we have to made them in .esm or the Creative Engine cryes 🤷🏻‍♂️

      Üzgünüm, Türkçe bilmiyorum.

      Belki de .esm dosyasını yüklemiyorsunuzdur.

I suppose it's similar to this Infinite Boost Fuel. But hey, the more variant the better.

Not really...infinite boost fuel is a script, which needs to be updated with every game version... you could be waiting months for it to update, as like almost every time. but hey, consistent functioning the better.

      Not exactly.

you could be waiting months for it to update
      That's disturbing indeed.

      Use this. No more "Almost"

      "setgs fVehicleBoostCeiling 1000"

A shame we can't brake nor steer mid-flight (Actually we can steer 😓, I was using that "No mouse steering" mod)

    Your mod is great, thanks.
can you add the M12S Warthog, the black version is my preference : https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/11084
    And the Stag N-Forcer too : https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/11069 .
    Thanks in advance.

There are also plenty of other vehicles on Nexus if you want to make a full mod.

I don't have time, since my real life work took like A F*****G LOAD of my time (I nearly live at my workplace). Also I'm not playing Starfield right now in my scarce free time (I'm playing Rimworld and Project Zomboid).

I promise I'll update my mods when I get back into the game. And I will add all your suggestions. Until then, anybody with a minimum knowledge of Creation Kit can do it. It's a very simple edit, only 4 values.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that Hector is gonna be running 3 Honda Civic's with spoon engines. On top of that he just came
    into Harry's and ordered 3 t66 turbo's with NOS's and a Motec System Exhaust.

It dont work, maybe after update. I have REV-8-Pro_nomusic.esm (it work, car is faster and boost is slightly longer) and put your Infinite Car Boost for REV-8 Pro No Music.esm to /Data folder and in game menu in creation i check it and load save game and car no have infinite boost. And yes, first load mod is REV-8-Pro_nomusic.esm and than after is your Infinite Car Boost for REV-8 Pro No Music.esm. Any advice? Thanks.

Strange... Maybe latest updates have changed something enough to make it stop working.

Unfortunately I don't have time to look at it right now. I work loooong hours (12+) mondays to saturdays.

It's not hard to do it with CK anyways.

But "vanilla REV-8 only" work perfectly, there is infinity boost. Is possible than modder update REV-8-Pro_nomusic.esm and thanks for update Infinite Car Boost for REV-8 Pro No Music.esm dont work. Maybe the problem is with me in pc, because game0815 wrote than it work him.

It's probably an error on your side. I've just checked Rev-8 Pro No Music version and it's still the same it was when my mod was made.

I can't help you right now since my free time is limited, but I'll check it on my side whenever I can.

    I have 3 Vehicles.

    Rev-8
    Rev-8-ProNM
    Rev-9

Will this only effect the stock Rev-8?

Also, will you please port this to xBox?  Some people play SF on multiple platforms…

      It only affects REV-8.

I can't port it to Xbox since I don't own one. I don't even know how it works.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
      xBox port was a stretch….

Would you be able to make the mod check for other player owned vehicles, and apply the boost to them also?

I never use my stock Rev-8.
The Rev-8 Pro has a faster unboosted speed, and “longer” boost duration.
The Rev-9 Rover is hugely overpowered.  Almost unusable, EXCEPT on high G planets. More Traction.

Those two make the stock Rev-8 feel like a riding lawnmower…

Thank You for your work !!

This mod is a very simple "text edit". Checking for other vehicles would require scripts, and I'm not very good writing code myself (I'm more of an editing person 🙂)

But if you really want I could make an .esm for these two. It wont take much time really, its only editing four values.

Also I have another unpublished version. I don't like adding mods for a thing we already had in vanilla, so I've been modifying the REV-8, making it more heavy but also faster. It uses the Stag N-Forcer mesh from NotSiouxsie. I don't have plans to release it since I've had troubles in the past releasing edited works from others modders (Learn more here)

You could also use Infinite Boost Fuel. I haven't tested it, but I think it add infinite boost for all vehicles and jumppacks.

I’m already using a Mod for Infinite Boost “with HOLD like FO4”, and the other Infinite Boost you refer to conflicts …

Sorry for being a PITA, but a .esm would be great.

An option might be to see how Shades Vehicle Tuner effects ALL owned vehicles. Maybe contact him/her?

      Choice is yours.

      Thank You  👍

Make sure to load them after the original mods.

On Steam it's: Steam > Steamapps> common > Starfield > Data. Drop it in the Data folder. Enable it from the in game Creations menu.

      Gamepass I have no idea.

A mod manager will simplify your life. Suggest the Community Edition of the old Nexus Mod manager myself for newbies. Simpler than stuff like MO2/Vortex.

If you are using Vortex you can drag the downloaded file into the vortex window. Open de mods tab and drag into drop file, under the list of mods.
I think this is the most practical way to install it as if you were downloading it with “mod manager download”, and you can easily uninstall it.
