Headsup, I think this is causing a pretty big issue with load times for save games. My save was progressively taking longer and longer to load, I was up to about 20 minutes. After doing some research I saw a few players commenting that they thought it was this mod. I removed this mod from my load order, and my save only took 1 minute (instead of 20 minutes) to load.
I'd really love to use this mod, it looks fantastic and I love the content! However, I believe you need to determine what might be causing load time to get progressively worse. I'll track the mod so I can hopefully hear of an update.
