The only non-aesthetic option of SEDWT that isn't present here is the numerical healthbar. Any text based hud elements are more difficult to correctly patch in (need for correct parity).
'Missing' aesthetic options such as the black background, faction designs, or the colored O2 bar can be easily patched in by modifying the playerhudcomponents.gfx file, using the same file from your installation of SEDWT as reference. Most people recommend using JPEXS Decompiler; find some tutorials or use trial and error.
The basic gist of using JPEXS for non-text hud elements is that you're modifying a bunch of special PNGs, in this case copy-pasting the PNGs you want into the patch mod.
I did try to change colors to default on JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler but it does not chagne in game, only on decompliler. Also I did not find any color changes on scripts so.. I managed to edit Scanner Encumbrance Display With Time and transform enemy icon to zero size so I kinda got what I needed but it will be cool to see your version )
And eventually found mod that is better balanced with game and always hides all enemy indicators but scanner https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/7364?tab=description
Can't make it work with No Vehicle Auto Handbrake https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/12684 The last one just stops working Any suggestions? Can't drive without that
UPDATE: To fix this I've started the game without SFSE, saved and restarted with SFSE. Now it's working
I have some confusion on the two files. Sorry to ask. There is a main file and optional file. But both are named as Deadly Hazards patches. Is the second one an update to the first one, or is the second one not including the Deadly Hazards portion of the patch? I downloaded the first one since I have DH, but not sure if I am now supposed to download the second one.
Ok, so it's a bit confusing. The Main Patch ONLY includes Deadly Hazards. The optional patch includes the 4 other mods, as listed on the description page. So if you want to use the 4 other mods as well, you have to use the combo patch. Personally, I use the combo patch. See what the other mods change, maybe it's something for you.
I'm not using large text. I have the Deadly Hazards mods installed, including the all settings and oxygen ones.
I have a few HUDs, Enhanced Dialogue, Enhanced Subtitles, Ammo HUD but I turned them off and still crashed.
I am on 1.13.61.
I'll see if it's a combination of mods but so far I only see that your mod only alters the playerhudcomponents.gfx so I don't know what else it could be.
Edit: I am using the Combined version
Seems to be the combination patch that is causing the crash. Even by itself.
Edit 2: Just tried the old version without the power names update. Can't figure out why it's crashing. Disabled a few more mods also and still causes a crash.
Thank you for the information. I will make a combi patch available later today that only contains Enhanced Boostbar and Enhanced Healthbar. These are simple mods. I would imagine it is due to ‘Scanner Encumbrance Display With Time’ as this is much more complex and contains script changes to BottomLeftGroup.as. Show Power Names on Hud is also unlikely as Stikza reported the CTD before Show Power Names on Hud was released.
New version is online. Please test and give feedback if it works now. I have completely rebuilt the mod. If there are still problems now, something very strange is going on for me that I can't explain.
This mod makes the game crash when Loading any save... The game will load fine when you say continue, but once in-game, loading a save crashes the game.. Please fix, will hold on from installing until this is fixed
Hello, I am sorry that you are having problems with the mod. However, I cannot reproduce this. Both versions work perfectly for me. Which version is causing the crash? Have you already patched Starfield to 1.13.61 or are you still using 1.12.36?
I need more information, as long as I cannot reproduce this, it is difficult to find a bug. Are you using the large text (can be activated in the game menu)? Which version? Does this occur in both versions (please try the other version)? Does this also happen with older saves or only with newer saves (after the mod installation)?
Do you mean this patch replicates on its own the effects of the other mods ? Or is it that it will it just work fine with some mods even if the others aren't installed ?
Edit : Never mind ! Just gave it a shot and... THANK YOU so much : I had been waiting for the creators to update these mods !

Please test whether and if so, which version causes the CTD.
Thank you very much.
Then something went wrong when merging the mods. I'll keep at it.
Now I know what to look for. I have to check a few things now.
