Hey mod looks great and i love your other mods like the loot one.
Whats the difference between the 2 versions? It says look on main page for details but i cant see anything about the difference (i may just be blind haha)

Sadly your mod have the same problem than the other mod (terrible low LOD, particularly visible for trees at fairly close range, and clipping issues).
And sorry to say it but your version is worse (for the little I saw on Jemison), maybe because the size is randomized (I don't know about the other mod), but on Jemison, your trees are enormous (like 2 or 3 times bigger than the other mod) and so appears even more "low poly" and the clipping issue is also more visible.
Unfortunately LOD is a big issue for a lot of us modders. These issues will hopefully be sorted, but are mainly vanilla issues. (There is a reason they didn’t do this vanilla) but hopefully in time will be able to fix. This mod is different than cosmic as cosmic makes bigger, this just randomizes. Each time each thing could be a different size from larger or smaller.
Yeah I totally understand why Bethesda don't do that. And I hope you guys will be able to fix that -the sooner, the better-, because I've been teased a bit with your mods (it really change this game for the best imo).
Personally I prefer BlindMatter's mod because it's more appropriate with the scale of other elements/buildings, it feels like the correct size and give that alien planet vibes. In your mod it's randomized and the trees -at least on Jemison- were comically large (but in retrospect it could be like the Hometree in Avatar). So probably just a matter of preference here.
I assume your trees looks exactly the same after you left Jemison, go to space and go back to Jemison (I mean their position and size remains the same, right ? It's not randomized every time you land on the same marker/position (but I'm not entirely sure about that). Also I haven't tried to leave the Alpha Centauri system to go to another system, and then go back to Jemison to check that.
It’s supposed to be randomized. They should be the same on your landing map, but every landing zone will be different. It is also up to RNG so next time they could all be super small! Cosmic growth is an amazing mod and is definitely its own experience since as you said it just makes some larger. I like to think this is more a la No man’s sky where I’m just trying to get a random unique experience each time.
Ok, thank you for all your explanations, I still prefer Cosmic Growth at the end but both mods are still viable (minus somes issues of course), but at least as a player it's always better to have multiples options to choose from.
Also I haven't tested your others mods but I do noticed them and I saw a lot of interested things ! ;) So thank you for your dedication as well.
Any chance for an alternate version with less extreme size variations? I think a version with like 0.75 to 1.25 (or even 1.5) would be nice. Enough variation so everything doesn't look the same, but not so much to cause clipping issues in some locations. It would probably help with the LOD issue mentioned by others as well.
