    I am seeing some odd blemishes on the neck. I can't seem to get rid of them with any sliders.

      EDIT: Did some research, it looks like it's tied to the starting character preset that was used in creating this preset and it cannot be removed now. Unfortunate

    I am already tied to my character, but Sam needs a more badass look, I think I found him. Thanks!

    Just gotta figure out if NPC Enhancer will allow the patch.
